2023 Year of Reflection
Having spent a majority of 2023 in different parts of japan, I worked with fellow students both from DePaul and other schools in Japan. As well as meeting famous industry designers like Daisuke Ishiwatari and many others. 2023 was a year of growth that expanded my horizons globally.
Arc system works
This was a all day event hosted by the team of Guilty Gear Strive and Daisuke himself, we all actively engaged with the team and their process of development for Guilty Gear Strive along with Daisuke future thoughts for the series as well.
GRee vr studiois
We had an insightful tour with the team at Gree VR Studio. We had discussed in his approach to game making when applying these experience to improving the metaverse.
Trident University, Nagoya
While in Nagoya, Japan, I was able to work on a team with both DePaul and Trident students of a 48 hour Gam Jam experience. The them of the jam reconnecting since this particular study abroad trip was the first one to happen since covid had started in 2019.
